SHIPPING INFORMATION

Kedai Ubat Dan Arak Chung Chin process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 days (CityLink) or 5-7 days (Registered Post) after it is sent.

Kedai Ubat Dan Arak Chung Chin aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

RETURNS POLICY

There are strictly no returns.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.

If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value (taking into account discounts given, if any).

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

All returns request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.

All returns will be charged RM 10.00 handling fees

凡是在于本店购买商品的顾客，本店是用TA-Q-BIN,CITYLINK 和 POSLAJU等私人快递公司来作为配送方式的 （除了东马和一些属于PO BOX 的地址,我们会安排使用POS LAJU作为运送的方式）。

所有订单在每天下午2点前付款都会当天发货（星期六和日的订单一律会在星期一发货）通常包裹都会在发货的一到二天收到。

如果包裹不见，我们只能够根据订单的数额来向快递公司索赔，索赔的最高数额是RM100。
